How are your products made?
All products at Gorgeous Casa are hand made. All candles are made of 100% soy wax and hand poured. All wreaths and centerpieces are also hand made. There is no outsourcing to other companies.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me within 30 days of the original order. In stock items can be exchanged up to 30 days after original purchase, as long as the item is returned in new/unused condition. I am unable to refund return shipping. All sales are final on custom items.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
Shipping is done via USPS or UPS, according to customer request. During the busy season (holidays), UPS shipping is preferred. In stock items are shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your item ships.
