African Tulle Wreath

This wreath is built on an 18 inch wire frame. Each layer of the frame is covered in tulle, making a sheer and elegant backdrop for the centerpiece. A 14 inch wooden cutout of Africa sits proudly in the center, covered in a layer of metallic Ankara fabric.
